For your first appointment, a simple form is completed to get started. No identification is required. The visit begins one-on-one in a private setting, with space to ask questions and share as much or as little as feels comfortable.

This is a safe, judgment-free space to talk, ask questions, and learn about your pregnancy.
Most first appointments last about 30 minutes, depending on the visit.
