What to Expect at your
Free Appointment
Here is what typically happens during a visit:
- Check-in: Share basic information and any questions in a private, respectful setting.
- Pregnancy test: Take a free pregnancy test and review results, followed by time to talk through what those results may mean.
- Conversation and information: Sit down with a trained support person to talk through concerns, learn factual information, and discuss possible next steps without pressure or judgment.
- Referral for an ultrasound: We can call and schedule an ultrasound at a local center during the appointment for those who qualify. An ultrasound can give you clear answers and peace of mind about what’s happening with your body and what to expect next.
Our center does not offer or refer for abortion services, but we do provide the necessary services needed before making an abortion decision.
